This project is an initiative coordinated by the Quebec Center for Sustainable Development (CQDD), in collaboration with Alliage 02 and the Coderr group.
It aims to accelerate the region’s transition to a circular economy by implementing industrial symbiosis and other circularity strategies. This regional symbiosis creates business synergies that allow participants to optimize the use of their resources, extend the useful life of materials, reduce their environmental footprint, and contribute to the well-being of their teams and, more broadly, their community.
Various activities are offered, including networking workshops, which connect organizations to foster discussions and exchanges around the supply and demand of various resources.
The goal is to optimize the production, use, reuse, repair, and recycling of materials to reduce the environmental footprint of our regional businesses.
Ultimately, the supply and demand collected during the networking workshops help identify potential synergies between providers and seekers. Additionally, new opportunities and business prospects may emerge from these meetings.
