In this context, digital trends help businesses become more efficient, profitable, sustainable, and viable—socially, economically, and environmentally. E-commerce, in particular, has become a key pillar for maintaining a strong competitive position.

TO RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM AN E-COMMERCE TEAM AND A $2,400 MICRO-GRANT, YOU MUST:

  • Have at least one employee or at least $30,000 in annual revenue during the last fiscal year

  • Be a for-profit business, including social enterprises with a profit motive and cooperatives

  • Be registered or incorporated

  • Sell goods and services directly to consumers (B2C)

  • Be accessible to customers or provide services in person or online

  • Commit to maintaining the adoption strategy for at least 6 months after the intervention

  • Agree to participate in follow-up surveys, allow your information to be shared with the Government of Canada (ISED and Statistics Canada), and consent to your business name being published as a funding recipient

  1. Assess your business’s eligibility

  2. Qualify your project

  3. Identify your needs and objectives

  4. Complete the expression of interest form on the CFP website
